Step 1
Preheat to 200°C
Step 2
Fry off onion, carrot and celery in EVOO. Season

Remove veges and brown mince
Step 4
Stir through, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Vegemite, corn flour and stock. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened. Add vegetables
Step 5
Pour into a 22x30cm pie dish. Allow mixture to cool before before placing the pastry on the top. Cut a hole in the centre of the pastry to allow heat to escape while cooking. Brush the egg wash over the pastry.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden
