Instructions
Step 1
Using two spoons, make quenelles (croquette shapes) of Nutella, place them on a plate and freeze for a couple of hours or until hard.
Step 2
In the meantime, crush your cornflakes with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Beat the egg and set aside.
Step 4
When your Nutella is hard, coat each quenelle with flour, egg mix and corn flakes, pressing them well with your hands so they are completely coated.
Step 5
Dip them a second time in the beaten egg and corn flake mixture for some extra crunch!
Step 6
In a shallow pan, heat oil (170C/340F) and fry your coated Nutella quenelles for about 2/3 mins each side or until crunchy.
Step 7
When ready, put them on a plate covered with kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Step 8
Serve with some icing sugar on top. Buon appetito!
