Instructions
Step 1
Toast garlic in an 8-inch skillet over med heat, shaking occasionally, until softened and spotty brown, about 8 minutes. When cooled, peel and chop coarsely.
Step 2
Toast pine nuts over med heat, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant, 4-5 min.
Step 3
Place basil and parsley in a lg zip-loc bag. Pound until all leaves are bruised.
Step 4
Process oil, salt, garlic, pine nuts, basil, and parsley until smooth. Transfer mixture to a small bowl, stir in parmesan, and season to taste.
