Quick and easy cucumber salad! I ate mine with cottage cheese but it’s also good alone.

Instructions

Step 1
Chop the onion and cucumber as big or as little as you like. Add to a bowl with the dill. Add a drizzle of white wine vinegar, lemon juice and a light drizzle of honey. Mix and add red pepper flakes if you’d like. Eat plain or with cottage cheese. I didn’t measure, I just did everything to my taste.
