Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 3
Place pastry on lined baking tray and cut into four squares.
Step 4
Separate each pastry square from the others a little.
Step 5
Use a knife to lightly score a 5-1cm border inside each pastry square.
Step 6
Spread chutney/relish on each square of pastry, within the border.
Step 7
Then top with vegetables, red onion, thyme/rosemary leaves and cheese.
Step 8
Bake for about 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden.
Step 9
Garnish with parsley/chives.
Step 10
Serve with tomato chutney or relish, and salad.
