Step 1
Brown meat with salt and pepper. Lift from pan and set aside

Fry onions and garlic. Add AP four. Cook for moment.

Add beef stock, red wine. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce. Cook low and slow about an hour and 45 minutes.
Step 4
Stir filling. Cook for another hour to reduce more. Once thick and creamy its finished.
Step 5
Place recipe of pie crust into pie pan, add rice to weigh down pie crust. blind bake for about 20 minutes. Add filling and add the other recipe of crust to the top. brush top with beaten egg. cut slit to allow air to escape
