Instructions
Step 1
Remove ends of enoki mushrooms.
Step 2
Rinse and dry mushrooms.
Step 3
In a plate, prepare one cup of potato starch.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.

Add baking powder, paprika and onion powder.
Step 6
Pour in 2/3 cup of cold water and mix well.
Step 7
Coat mushrooms in batter and fry under golden brown.
Step 8
