Instructions

Step 1
Cut up Okra into bite-sized pieces
Step 2
Add the corn meal and a little corn starch until okra is well coated.
Step 3
Heat up 1-2" of oil on medium high heat
Step 4
Once the oil is hot, add the okra. Stir occasionally while cooking
Step 5
Once the okra is crunchy, remove from pan and place on a paper-towel lined dish
Step 6
Add salt to taste
