Chili in corn bread cups

Why eat chili in a bowl when you can eat it in a fresh baked cornbread muffin. Delicious. I use Pillsbury cornbread swirls. So easy and so good

Step 1
Spray a cupcake muffin pan with nonstick spray. Place a corn bread swirl in each cup. You can also make your own corn bread as well. Bake the swirls at 350* for about 15 minute or til golden. Take them out of the oven and with a large shot glass or small cup, press into each muffin to create a well. Let cool. Then assemble with a scoop of chili in the muffin cup, top with cheese, sour cream and tortilla strips.
