Step 1

Dip cookies in milk then line the bottom of the dish with them. Cover with cool whip. Add another layer of milk dipped cookies. Then add a layer of cool whip. Alternate until the entire dish is full. Add top layer of cool whip crunch up a few cookies for cute garnish and put in the fridge for an hour. Keep refrigerated between eating. Yummm.
