Instructions
Step 1
Spray pot with cooking spray. Add chicken to pot and season each side with bbq seasoning.
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix bbq sauce, brown sugar, Apple cider vinegar, & coconut aminos.
Step 3
Mix well and pour over chicken.
Step 4
Seal lid and cook on high pressure for 16 min.
Step 5
Quick Release and once steam stops open lid and place chicken in a separate bowl to shred.
Step 6
Using a hand mixer shred chicken. Add shredded chicken back into the pot and mix well with the sauce. Serve over a bed of lettuce or on a hamburger bun.
