Ingredients

15 ouncesboneless skinless chicken breasts

½ cupbbq sauce

¼ cupchicken broth

¼ teaspoonsmoked paprika

¼ teaspoononion powder

⅛ teaspoongarlic powder

cayenne pepper

romaine lettuce
Shredded, for serving

Barbeque sauce
for drizzling, for serving

red onion
Sliced, for serving, optional

fresh cilantro

Instructions
Step 1
Add the chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the Instant Pot. Make sure the chicken is coated in the sauce.
Step 2
Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing."
Step 3
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Step 4
When the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure manually.
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot and shred it with two forks.
Step 6
Serve the pulled chicken over shredded romaine lettuce. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce, top with sliced red onion and chopped cilantro (optional).
