This bread is extremely versatile as it can be made plain, savory or sweet ** baked in a mug 80-90 sec in the microwave Each recipe make 2 servings. A smaller mug will make a taller bread while a wider mug will be shorter and wider. Choose what you like then adjusting the cooking time. When taking out of microwave, cup will be VERY HOT so take care ( a mug with handle is perfect ) Turn the mug upside down on a saucer tapping lightly and let sit 1 min then remove mug. Let it cool 5 min before slicing

Instructions

Step 1
1. in glass bowl melt coconut oil for 30 sec in microwave and again (if needed) 2. measure almond flour, baking soda and hemp seeds into a small bowl. Use a fork or whisk to combine well no lumps 3. If using, add spices and powder sweetener to taste and stir well 4. pour coconut oil into dry mix. Using a small spatula press the dry into the oil stirring and pressing until all is combined 5. Now using your mug... whisk 1 egg and add extracts if using. 6. Pour dry mix into wet. You want to keep the batter in the bottom of mug so use spatula or fork to mix together 7. Place mug in microwave (do not cover as batter will spill over the sides) 8. cook for 80-90 sec 9. Take out hot mug and turn over onto a plate. Let sit 1-2 min then tap and remove mug 10. Let cool 3-5 min then slice into 4 pieces and serve
