Ingredients
12 servings

1 ½ calmond flour

1 crolled oats

1 tspbaking soda

1 Tbspcinnamon

¼ tspsea salt

1 Tbspground flax
1 flax egg, mix & let sit for 5 mins, OR @bobsredmill egg replacer OR 1 egg

2 Tbspwater

¼ ccoconut oil
measured then melted

⅓ cvanilla yogurt
plant based, or plain

1 ccoconut sugar

½ cchocolate chips
or chunks, plus extra for topping, optional

⅔ cwalnuts
chopped, plus extra for topping, optional
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients and set aside
Step 2
3. In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients (except chocolate chips) then slowly add the dry ingredients and combine well
Step 3
4. Incorporate the chocolate chips and walnuts to the mixture
Step 4
5. Pour into an 8x8 brownie pan, greased or lined w/ parchment paper
Step 5
6. Bake for 25-30 mins or until edges are getting crispy but the middle is still moist
Step 6
7. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before enjoying
