Mom Rusnak's Cheesecake

Step 1

Take out cheese, eggs sour cream and bring to room temp for 1 hour.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 325 F

Step 3

Mix eggs and add to bowl

Step 4

Mix eggs with all ingredients well until smooth

Step 5

Pour into 9 inch greased spring form pan

Step 6

Bake for 65 minutes or until the top is slightly tan

Step 7

Turn off oven and leave untouched for 3 hours without opening the door.
