Instructions
Step 1
Heat milk until just bubbling at the edges.
Step 2
Put chocolate and sugar in a food processor.
Step 3
Add to the hot milk.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 5
Once chilled, add to the ice cream maker and mix for 30 minutes.
