Instructions

Step 1
1. Firstly cut up your chicken breast in slices.

2. Then get a bowl and add flour, salt and pepper.

3. Get another bowl and crack your eggs and whisk them together.
Step 4
4. Then get another bowl and add your breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and a pinch of chilli powder.

5. get your pan and fill with oil enough to cover half of your chicken strips, Let your oil heat up (or use a deep fat fryer).

6. Grab your chicken strip and place it into the flour completely cove it in flour.
Step 7
7. Then place it into the egg mix.
Step 8
8. Then into the breadcrumbs and completely cover it.
Step 9
9. Repeat this with all your chicken strips
Step 10
10. Once all completed carefully place them into the hot oil and cook for 2-4 mins each side until nice and golden.

11. Take them out and drain on a paper towel.
