Instructions

Step 1
Fry onions, pepper and chicken in oil for 10 minutes on a medium heat

Add fajita spice mix and cook for a further 2 minutes
Step 3
Leave chicken mix to one side and allow to cool
Step 4
Roll out premade pastry
Step 5
Cut into a round shape
Step 6
Add chicken mixture to the top of the pastry and fold over
Step 7
Crimp edges of pastry
Step 8
Brush with a beaten egg
Step 9
Bake in oven at 180*C for 16-18 minutes
