Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the flour, baking powder, baking soda, lemon zest and salt into a mixing bowl, then mix.
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns pale. Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk and mix.
Step 3
Pour the blueberries into the flour mixture.
Step 4
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture (flour mixture), then mix without overworking it.
Step 5
Pour the batter into greased and floured muffin molds, or into special muffin baking papers.
Step 6
You can also add crumble on top of the muffins before baking.
Step 7
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. The muffins should be puffed up and golden brown! Enjoy :)
