House Dressing
Add vinegar to milk and let sit for 5 minutes before adding to mixture. (Substitute for buttermilk)
Blend cottage cheese, milk mixture, dressing packets, and Mayo in a food processor until smooth. This will take several minutes, be patient, and don’t forget to scrape the sides.
Mix salad toppins, poppyseed, and pimentos into blended mixture.
To make a dip, use less or even no milk. For a thinner dressing use more milk. Be careful not to make the dressing too thin or the mix ins will sink to the bottom of your container.
