Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the beef with Worcestershire sauce and ( you can put hot sauce if you want)
Step 2
In a pan, saute your (6 cloves) minced garlic until it becomes roasted
Step 3
Add in your beef sirloin together with 2 cloves of SLICED garlic
Step 4
Once the meat is soft add in your mushrooms
Step 5
For garnish, green onions/chives and the roasted garlic
