St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake

An STL classic and instant hit with everyone! One of my favorite desserts to cook for friends, so easy and delicious, and even better the next day. I've taken to altering the recipe to be gluten- and dairy-free to fit my food restrictions, and it still turns out perfect. Adapted from the Kitchen Serf's recipe. Cheers!
