This absolutely beautiful burrata and tomato salad is the perfect summer recipe.
Consisting of beautiful Roma tomatoes, burrata, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and basil
this recipe is super simple and doesn’t take long to make.
You can make it as a light snack for family gatherings, parties or a potluck.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut tomatoes into little circles
Step 2
Plate the tomatoes into a little circle
Step 3
Place burrata in the middle of the tomato circle
Step 4
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the burrata and tomtoes
Step 5
Season the burrata and tomatoes with salt and pepper
Step 6
Chiffonade 3 medium-large basil leaves and sprinkle them on top of the burrata and tomatoes
Step 7
Cut open the burrata and top with a bit more salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil and serve
