Ingredients

1red onion
1lime
fresh herbs
coriander, mint & parsley
2 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbsppomegranate molasses
optional
salt
pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely dice the cucumber, tomatoes & red onion, then place in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Finely dice the herbs + add, then squeeze in the juice of the lime.
Step 3
Season to taste with salt + pepper.
Step 4
Add the olive oil & pommegranate molasses if you like.
Step 5
Serve with dipper of choice, crisps, chips or in wraps - enjoy!
