Step 1
*You can use any tea brand you like (i used ahmed tea)
Step 2
*the amount of chili powder depends on its heat level, add more or less as you like

Add tea bags to the hot water
Step 4
Add evaporated milk and cardamom pods
Step 5
Let it aside for 5-10min
Step 6
Caramelize the sugar directly in stainless steel pan (without water) for stronger caramel flavor
Step 7
When it’s caramelize turn off the heat and add the milk tea mixture gradually until it corporated
Step 8
Keep mixing and bring it to light simmer for 1-2min
Step 9
Turn off the heat again, add the previous tea bags, nutmeg, saffron and chili powder
Step 10
Cover and let it rest over night in the fridge
Step 11
Strain it and drink it with ice cubes
