Step 1
Pre Heat the oven 200 C.
For the base:
Peel and remove the heart from the pears. Cut them in small cubes.
Put together the lemon juice, lemon peel, sugar, corn starch, ginger, and mix it well with the pears.
Spread the pears on the dish and put the raspberries in between
Step 2
For the Crumble:
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and butter until getting a crumbly texture.
Step 3
Spread it evenly on top if the pears, press with a fork a little bit to keep it firm.
Step 4
Finally Spread the oats, sugar and pistachios on top of everything
Step 5
Bake for 35 mins
Step 6
Top with Raspberries
