Chocolate Chip Cookies
These traditional Chocolate Chip Cookies are just the like the old favorites but made in a gluten and dairy free way! They're melt in your mouth soft and chewy, and they have just the perfect amount of crispiness around the edges

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat buttery spread, granulated sugar, and brown sugar at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Add egg, molasses, and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined
Step 4
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and stir to combine. Add the flour mixture to the buttery spread mixture and mix until fully combined. Add chocolate chips and mix on low until chips are fully combined.
Step 5
Scoop batter with a greased 1 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop and place cookies 2" apart on prepared baking sheet
Step 6
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies start to turn golden brown. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
