NUTRITIOUS POPPIN FRESH COOKIES

When I make these cookies, which are my very favorite chocolate chip cookies, I use Sunflower Seeds and I use 1 cup of Peanut Butter. These cookies are out of this world. It is a combination chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie the way I make it as noted above. I'm not crazy about peanut butter cookies, usually, but in this recipe, it's perfect! Instructions

Step 1
HEAT OVEN TO 350° F.
Step 2
LIGHTLY spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Step 3
In a LARGE bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT oats, chocolate chips
Step 4
and nuts (or sunflower seeds). Beat at MEDIUM speed until well blended,
Step 5
about 1-2 minutes. By hand, stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 6
Add ONE Optional ingredient, if desired.
Step 7
Drop dough by ROUNDED teaspoons 2" apart onto UNGREASED cookie sheet.
Step 8
Bake at 350° F. for 12 minutes OR until light golden brown.
