Step 1
Heat oven to 350-degrees

Step 2
Place butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and creamy. Add egg yolks and extracts; beat until well mixed. Reduce speed to low. Add flour and salt; beat until well mixed.
Step 3
Divide dough into quarters; roll each piece into a log. Cut each log into 12 pieces and shape each piece as desired such as "S"
Step 4
Place shaped piece on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for a few minutes on baking sheet, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Step 5
Store in airtight container.
