Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220c.
Step 2
Using kitchen scissors, trim the tips from the wings and discard.
Step 3
Cut the wings in half at the joint and place in a plastic bag with the cornflour.
Step 4
Shake to coat, dusting off any excess cornflour.
Step 5
Place the oil, salt, five spice and dried chilli in a large bowl.
Step 6
Add the wings and toss to coat..
Step 7
Place on a baking tray lined with non stick baking paper and roast for 25-30 minutes or until crisp.
Step 8
Serve with chilli sauce, chillies and mayonnaise
