Instructions

Tuna dip

Step 1
Slice the spring onion and chop the sundried tomatoes and parsley.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Wrap

Step 3
Top the front center of the wrap with the cheese and tuna dip
Step 4
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 5
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
