Instructions

Step 1
Saute beef fillet in oil until browned on all sides. Put in preheated 400 degree oven and cook to client’s liking.
Step 2
Meanwhile make the sauce. Blend all remaining ingredients except olive oil in a food processor. While food processor is running, slowly add olive oil and process until smooth. Package beef with chimichurri on the side or in separate container.
