Instructions
Step 1
Roll out puff pastry then slice into six lengthways . Grease cannoli shells ( make shapes from tinfoil if you don’t have cannoli shells ) wrap the pastry from the wide part all the way to the top then pinch in to close . Beat an egg and add 1 tsp water then lightly brush the Pastry and bake at 190 c fan 380 f for 15 minutes or until golden and crunchy . Once baked remove and let cool


Step 2
Break chocolate into a bowl and add boiling water . Whisk until smooth . Get a larger bowl of ice and sit the bowl with the melted chocolate inside . Use electric whisks to beat until it gets nice and thick. You can spoon the mixture into the horns or you can use a piping bag as it fits in and is easier to fill . Optionally you can dust with powder sugar and serve
