Instructions
Step 1
Put 24 Nature’s peanut butter cookies in a ziploc and crush.
Step 2
Melt butter into pie pan and then add crushed cookies to bottom of pan to make crust for the pie. Freeze the crust for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
While crust is freezing, melt vegan butter with Enjoy Life chocolate chips to make chocolate shell, (3 tablespoons of butter for every 1 cup of chocolate chips).
Step 4
Pour chocolate melt over crust and then refrigerate.
Step 5
Beat together softened vegan cream cheese and sugar. Add peanut butter until smooth. Fold in Tru Whip and then spread into pie pan. On top of chocolate covered pie crust.
Step 6
Cover with Tru Whip topping/peanut butter cups/drizzle chocolate melt.
Step 7
Refrigerate or freeze.
