125gbutter

1 cupwhite sugar

3bananas
ripe

1 tspvanilla essence

2 Tbspmilk

½ tspbicarbonate soda

1 ½ cupsself raising flour

Step 1
1. Heat over to 190 degrees Celsius.
2. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until it turns light colour. Add one beaten eggs, one at a time.
3. Mash banana on a plate.
4. Mix bicarbonate soda in a cup with the milk.
5. Add mash banana and vanilla essence into the butter and sugar.
6. Mix well until combined and then add flour and milk mix until combined.
7. Add walnuts.
8. Pour mixture into a greased lined cake tin.
9. Bake for 45 minutes.
Frosting
Step 2
1. Place cheese, butter and vanilla in a bowl using an electric mixer.
2. Beat until pale, adding icing sugar until combined.
