Step 1
In a bowl, add chicken, avocado oil, salt, baking powder, 1 tbsp. lemon pepper, mix.
Step 2
Place chicken into your air fryer. This may need to be cooked in batches. Cook chicken at 380 degrees for 15-20 mins, until crispy.
Step 3
Melt 2 tbsp. Of unsalted butter and pour it on your chicken. Mix in remaining lemon pepper seasoning and pour in buffalo sauce, mix until every piece of chicken is cooked.
