Instructions

Step 1
Beat the egg and sugar well. However, they do not need to be as fluffy as sponge cake
Step 2
Melt chocolate and butter together. Let them cool down.
Step 3
Mix the chocolate/butter with the egg. Add kahlua and vanilla
Step 4
Add flour in, mix well. Pour into individual ramekins. Can chill them in the fridge for a couple of hours before baking.
Step 5
Heat the oven to 220 C. Bake for about 10 min. The cake should have a crack in the middle.
Step 6
Take out and serve hot, with ice cream if desired. The cake should be moist and with melted chocolate in the middle.
