Instructions

Step 1
Grind the biscuits and add to them the pre-melted butter on a slow fire. Pour the mixture into the dish in which you will bake the cheesecake. Leave it in the fridge. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius with fan. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla. Add the cream and then the eggs 1 at a time.
Pour the mixture on the biscuit base and bake for 1h 30min. When the cheesecakes is ready, open the oven and leave it cool inside. For the decoration melt the chocolate on water bath and spread over the cheesecake. Add the fruits. Et voila, you cheesecake is ready to serve!
