Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°.

Stirring constantly, in medium sauce pan: Melt butter. Mix with cocoa & water. Bring to a boil & then immediately set aside.
Step 3
In mixer: Mix flour, sugar, soda, & salt. Add 1st mixture to mixer too.
Step 4
Beat in eggs, milk (with white vinegar mixed in), & vanilla.
Step 5
Grease sheet cake pan.
Step 6
Pour mixture into pan & bake for 20 minutes.
