Dairy-free, Vegan Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte
If you are looking for an easy, warm, and nourishing pumpkin spice latte, you will love this chai latte.
Who doesn't love Chai Latte? It's flavorful, with the cardamom distinguish flavor and everyone has a favorite item. But Sadly, what makes it taste so good also makes Latte not the healthiest option.
It's full of refined sugar and tons of added, not original, spices. That's why I love to make my own healthy Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte, just as addicting, without the ultra-processed stuff. Plus, my version is fully vegan and dairy-free.

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, combine the water with the tea bag and spices. Bring to a boil, lower the temperature and cook for 8 minutes over medium-low heat.
Step 2
Add the pumpkin puree, vegetable milk, and sweetener and mix. Heat for 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Pass your latte through a strainer and serve in your favorite mug. You can foam a little vegetable milk and serve on top.
