Sarah's Boba Milk

Because boba is life. I avoid caffeine so I make boba without tea. I alternate between strawberry milk, fresh taro paste, black sesame paste, and barley tea. Of course, use whatever you like :)

Instructions

Step 1
Boil water (1:10 pearls to water) and toss in pearls for 30 minutes
Step 2
Turn off the heat and let pearls sit for 30 minutes
Step 3
Melt sugar with a bit of water and stir in honey
Step 4
Rinse pearls and then soak in sugar/honey for at least an hour
Step 5
Prepare your main ingredients (tea, strawberry puree, black sesame paste, etc.)
Step 6
Throw in the pearls and adjust sweetness
Step 7
Enjoy with reusable boba straw :)
