Instructions
Step 1
Make sure the butter is softened by leaving on counter 30-60 minutes. Do not use microwave.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325.
Step 3
Place all ingredients in a bowl amd cream them together until well mixed.
Step 4
With rolling pin, roll dough out until ot is 1/2" thick (1.2 cm).
Step 5
Cut dough into rectangles and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Prick the dough with fork.
Step 6
Bake 20 minutes or until the cookies are very lightly browned.
Step 7
Cool and eat the cookies!
