Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Drain potatoes and then heat in sauce pan.

Put potatoes in bowl and use electric beater to combine with margarine. Slowly add sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla, mixing well. Put in casserole dish.
Step 3
Mix topping (light brown sugar, flour, melted margarine) with fork.
Step 4
Sprinkle topping over potatoes and add marshmallows/ pecans, if desired Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
