Step 1
Mix almond milk, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl. Leave in fridge for minimum 1 hour.
Step 2
Since we were also making cocktails, we took the chunky part that is filtered out of raspberry syrup to use as a jam. Process: Boil water and sugar over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Add in raspberries and lower to a simmer until your desired thickness (~20 mins). Use a strainer to separate the chunks from the syrup. Keep the chunks for the chia seed pudding and the syrup for cocktails!
Step 3
Add into a cup or bowl. Garnish with granola and berries.
