Instructions
Step 1
Line two baking trays and preheat oven to 170.
Step 2
In a stand mixer, whisk together the sugar, spread, extract, flaxseed and almond milk.
Step 3
Add in the coconut oil and whisk until creamy.
Step 4
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate and marshmallows.
Step 6
Chill the dough for a minimum of 1-2 hours.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden.
Step 8
Cool on a wire tray.
