Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the flour, sugar, yeast and salt, set aside.

In another bowl, mix the water and melted butter. Once combined, add in the dry ingredients and the egg.

Knead the dough with your hand and add more flour until the dough isn’t sticky anymore.

Roll the dough into a rectangle shape (+- 26x38cm), using a rolling pin.

Now for the filling, mix the butter (room temp), brown sugar and cinnamon together, till you get a paste.

Spread out the paste evenly

Roll the dough up into a log and cut into pieces (+- 3,5 cm each). For the best results use dental floss to cut the rolls.
Step 8
Place the rolls in a buttered rectangle pan, cover with a towel and place in a warm spot to rise for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, the rolls will be puffy. Place the rolls into the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius
