Step 1
Prepare cake according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 cupcake pans with cupcake liners. Put 2 tablespoons batter in each cup. Put 1 tablespoon cinnamon mixture and cover with one tablespoon batter. Put 1 teaspoon on top of batter. Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Prepare frosting while cupcakes cool. Cream butter and powdered sugar till light and fluffy. add other ingredients and mix well. Spread on cupcakes.
