Instructions

Step 1
Spray inside of crock pot with nonstick spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine turkey, eggs, panko crumbs, ketchup, onion, 1 TB salt, pepper & pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly, form a loaf and place in slow cooker.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix carrots & potatoes, the rest of the salt & olive oil. Place around the loaf. Top loaf with ketchup if desired.
Step 4
Cook high 4 hours or low for 7 to 8 hours.
