Grand-Mary's Italian Style Tuna Salad

Cool summer meal passed down from my husband's grandmother. It's crisp and refreshing. We always eat it with good ol' saltines. (Plain crackers)

Instructions

Step 1
Chop vegetables. Slice mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes. (I use mozzarella cheese sticks as a time saver.) Combine with drained tuna in a bowl.
Step 2
Combine oil, vinegar, and seasons. (Either shake in a jar or whisk in a measuring cup.)
Step 3
Pour over tuna mixture, stir, and refrigerate for at least one hour. Over night is even better.
Step 4
Serve with crackers.
Step 5
(I stated it takes 20 min, however it all depends on how fast you are at chopping vegetables. )
