Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 2
To prepare these delicious muffins, chocolate broken into pieces and butter are put in a saucepan in a bain-marie (in another slightly larger saucepan with boiling water) to melt together If you choose a larger bowl in which to melt the butter and chocolate, you will be able to prepare the entire recipe in it, you will not have to transfer the contents to another

Step 3
As soon as the butter and chocolate have melted (they should be liquid, they must not boil strongly and in no case boil) mix with the mixer at medium speed to cool a little (2-3 minutes).

Step 4
The dry ingredients for the muffins are mixed separately - flour, salt and sugar. Add it all at once over the melted chocolate mixture. Mix until well homogenized.
Step 5
Add 1 egg, one at a time, mixing after each one separately
Step 6
Add the vanilla extract and beat on high speed for 10-20 seconds, until a lighter, creamy composition is obtained. The muffin batter is ready!

Step 7
In the muffin tray prepared with individual paper baskets (or greased with butter and covered with cocoa powder) divide the composition equally

Step 8
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C, the baking time varying according to preferences: if you want muffins with a creamy liquid interior, bake for 9-10 minutes; if you want muffins with a creamy but stable interior, which no longer flows, bake for 11-12 minutes
